I could not have been happier with the service and value for money. 3Keys did everything required and more. They kept in touch every time there was an update, and always returned my calls and got back to me, even when there was nothing new to report. All the staff and the managing director are very helpful indeed.
The sale was not clear cut as the people looking to buy my property was first time buyers, but was using an MOD deposit. This coupled with the buyers less than helpful financial advisors, really slowed the sale down and created 3Keys a lot of extra work chasing etc. ultimately, we did manage to reach completion. I feel that if it wasn’t for 3Keys who continually pushed and chased the sale forward on a daily basis, I’d probably still be sat twiddling my thumbs hoping the house would complete this week, maybe next week, week after!? I’m sure you all get my drift.
I would definitely 100% recommend 3Keys Property for the sale or let of your property, as I did both happily. Thanks again 3Keys to all the staff involved
