Laura; Managing Director and Business Owner of 3Keys Property.

3Keys Property has come a long way since its start up in 2007, where the vision was to establish a highly regarded local company that would provide a service of real value to clients; the company has demonstrated adaptability through the years of growth, having observed, weathered and overcome huge industry changes. Our strap line has always been ‘Your Property, Our Passion’ and Laura remains as passionate about her work today as she did taking on her first instruction.

Laura has always been committed to delivering the highest standard of professional service and achieved the NFOPP Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, and the Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property, early in her career – the industry standard for agents working with property.

As well as overseeing the day to day running of the business and leading from the front, Laura is always on hand to speak with clients, old or new. We are all very proud to work for Laura, she is simply the best in everything she does.

Outside of work Laura enjoys spending time with her 4 children & husband, fitness training and socialising with friends & family.

Michelle joined the 3Keys team in 2020 with a wealth of industry experience, and quickly established her Senior position within the team, most recently being promoted to Sales Director, Michelle now assists with essential decision making to help drive the business forward and shape the future of our Company.

Michelle has a genuine passion for her work, she leads our Sales division with unparalleled energy & enthusiasm, always with the best interests of the client in mind, which has resulted in record year on year growth and ultimately 3Keys becoming firmly established as the agent of choice in our local area.

Michelle is described by our clients as ‘hardworking, very particular and conscientious… she is just amazing’ we have to agree!

With a strong residential sales background there’s rarely a scenario Michelle hasn’t encountered previously, going ‘over and above’ is all in a days work for our hardworking, straight talking Geordie.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys walking, running, voluntary work within the local community and spending time with friends & family.

Hannah joined the 3Keys team in 2020 with a strong customer service background, and brought a wealth of direct estate agency experience with her from her most recent role as a Sales Negotiator at a market leading competitor. Hannah is heavily involved with all aspects of the sales process, from valuing, to negotiating and the rollercoaster that is sales progression.

Hannah forges strong relationships with our vendor & buyer clients, described by our clients as ‘truly the best of the best’ – and she really is! With honest advice, and a genuine desire to produce the best results Hannah consistently exceeds our clients expectations.

In her spare time Hannah is busy with her 2 children and likes to keep active by walking regularly and visiting Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Always ready for a challenge, Hannah has signed up for the Great North Run this year for her first ever half marathon, if you see her out running, give her a wave.

Kate joined the 3Keys team in June 2024 to provide much needed support to our rapidly growing Sales division. Kate has hit the ground running and brings with her over 4 years direct industry experience having worked as a Sales Negotiator with a market leading competitor.

Kate will be involved in all aspect of Sales from viewings & feedback, to offers and sales progression; Kate’s level of professionalism, personability and motivation will add great value to 3Keys Property and we are delighted to have her on our team.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her partner & two children Ella & James, watching them play football on a weekend, walking their dog Spud & dining out in nice restaurants.

Montana joined 3Keys in 2020 as a trainee Lettings Negotiator, quickly qualified to Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management, and following 4 promotions in 4 years, Montana is now our Lettings Manager.

Montana’s career has progressed rapidly as a result of the commitment, drive & energy she brings to the table every single day. Montana leads the Lettings team by example, with a level head and mature manner, delivering the highest level of professional Lettings services daily. With a strong customer focus & willingness to go over and above, Montana regularly exceeds clients expectations.

Montana’s diverse role within the Company covers new business development, guiding the team with all aspects of tenancy management, legislation & compliance, and Montana is now heavily involved in managerial decision making helping shape the future of our company.

Resilient, passionate and dedicated to ‘getting the job done’ Montana is renown for her late nights at the office, described by our clients as ‘excellent to work with and on point with everything’ we are very grateful to have her heading up our lettings team.

In her spare time Montana enjoys spending time with her family, socialising with friends and going on walks.

Jaime joined 3Keys in February 2024 with a strong Lettings background and over 10 years industry experience.

Jaime is an integral part of our Lettings Team and is responsible for overseeing Property Inspection Visits, compliance with Safety Certificate renewals and Maintenance & Repair issues on our extensive portfolio of managed properties.

Jaime’s proactive approach to property management ensures smooth running, problem free tenancies for our Tenant & Landlord clients.

Outside of work Jaime enjoys spending time with her 2 children & husband and socialising with friends & family over a nice glass of wine.

Ros (Laura’s mum – and arguably now our ‘office mum’) joined 3Keys 2007, assisting with property viewings, inspections and supporting with the management of our residential property portfolio. Ros takes a ‘hands on’ approach to ensuring tenants enjoy smooth-running tenancies whilst renting through 3Keys. Ros has a keen eye for detail and is meticulous in her work; she regularly goes over and above her duties to ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded.

Outside of work Ros enjoys swimming, dining out and looking after her grandchildren.

Lisa has been with 3Keys 10 years this year! Since joining in 2014 as an apprentice, Lisa achieved her NVQ level 2 in Business Administration providing her with essential experience & qualifications for commencing her professional career.

Lisa remained with the company full time in the capacity of Sales & Lettings Support, with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail. The support work she has provided over the years is invaluable.

More recently, following further expansion within the company, Lisa’s role has shifted to that of Admin & Finance Clerk, with sole responsibility for processing the rents for our extensive managed letting portfolio on a daily basis, overseeing tenant referencing and drafting all tenancy related documentation.

Described by our clients as “really helpful from start to finish” we are grateful for Lisa’s long-term loyalty and commitment to the company.
